We are a common group of Accountants coming together to leverage on each other’s strengths and experiences. Sharing the same core values of being Trustworthy, having Integrity and seeking Harmony, this coming together is a natural fit for our firms.

YFK Public Accounting Corporation traced its beginnings from Yong Fan Kiong & Co, a local CPA firm founded by Mr Yong Fan Kiong in 1984. From humble beginnings, Yong Fan Kiong & Co grew from strength to strength, focusing its growth on helping homegrown SMEs with their statutory compliance needs. On 1 May 2015, Yong Fan Kiong & Co underwent corporate restructuring, and established YFK Public Accounting Corporation and its affiliated entities.

APTA started in 2007 as the Singapore member firm of one of China’s largest domestic CPA firms. Over the years, the firm’s clientele base grew internationally, with clients hailing from China, Japan, United Kingdom, India, United States, etc. On 1 December 2014, the firm was renamed APTA, to reflect its discontinuance as member firm of the Chinese CPA firm, and establish its own professional identity.

Since 1 May 2019, our firms have come together with a common purpose. With our staff now working together, our shared vision is to be the trusted business partners for corporate and accountancy services. We strive to achieve this through high quality and value-added business solutions, delivered with the attentiveness that our clients have known us for.

Our headcount (including staff and management) now stands at over 30, and consists of the following entities:
